Personal Representation


We have personal caseworkers at every ISU branch across the country. Some ISU representatives also have training in specialised casework areas. We have a dedicated head of personal casework and are able to take cases to tribunal if required. We know the issues you face and are equipped to assist at all levels. We are the only dedicated union that works along side you everyday.

Health & Safety


We have a specialised Health and Safety team that assist with members H&S issues.

Human Resources


The ISU prides itself on its Human Resources department. We cover all aspects of HR and are fully trained to advise on any query.

Equality


As a union we are constantly fighting for equality on all levels. No matter how big or small the issue, its what drives us to work towards a better future for all our members.

PTSD


PTSD is affecting staff working in the immigration side of the Home Office due to varying factors. If you believe you are experiencing PTSD or know someone who might be, the Employee Assistance Programme may be able to assist.
